6. Special care

- day
- night

DAY - sun protection: Most effective step in the morning since it helps your skin to defense against all the harms from the sun

NIGHT - spot treatment + sleeping packs: The cells in your body repairs themselves at night during your sleep, hence makes this the best moment to see maximum benefit of your (hydrating) products.

Step 6 Last step - night - special care

Since your cell repair starts at night while you are sleeping, hence makes this the best time to target your troubles. During the day your body is busy working and protecting, while at night, mostly between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., it repairs itself. So you will see the maximum benefit from you hydrating products if you use them during these hours.

Spot treatments [SHOP HERE]

[at the last step op your night care routine]

A spot treatment can be a number of things such as acne treatment, whitening serum, wrinkle filler, etc. A good spot treatment usually does not fall into any other product categories, it is extremely focused on a single skincare concern, it is highly concentrated and comes in ridiculously tiny tube or jar. Most of the spot treatments have a white color to them that makes them best used at night.

Sleeping packs [SHOP HERE]

[once or twice a week in the evening as the last step of your routine, instead of your night cream]

Sleeping packs or masks gives your skin much more hydration than a regular night cream. Depending on the products is can also help make your skin brighter or firmer. Like a lotion you put it out on your face, spread it even, unlike creams you don’t pat it in. You just let the product be absorbed in slowly while you are sleeping, the next morning you wash it off with water.

They are usually formulated with a clear gel-like consistency so you don’t have to worry about the look and the mess on your pillow.

Skin improvement is being patient! It is important to give a new skin care routine/product a trial period of at least 1 month since your skin will renew its cells each 28 days. In case you notice (a small) dfference, please try another 2-3 months.
