How do I check my balance? Simply log into your account. Your "My Rewards" dashboard or here displays your live point balance and all rewards ready for use.

Can I use points and a discount code together? Points are redeemed as a unique voucher code. These codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

How do I redeem my points for a discount online? Once you’re logged in, proceed to the checkout page. You’ll find the [Rewards] section right above the discount code field. Simply click the [Rewards] button, select your preferred discount from the list, and it will be applied to your cart instantly. Voila!

How do I redeem my points for a product online?
1. Visit your My Rewards page or go to here to see which products are currently available as gifts.
2. Add that specific product to your shopping cart.
3. At checkout, ensure you are logged in and click the [Rewards] button.
4. Select the matching reward to "pay" for the product with your points.

Can I also earn and redeem points in the physical stores? Yes, absolutely! Simply let us know at the register in Amsterdam or Rotterdam that you are a member of our club.

Do you have an online account and placed a previous order? Just provide the name linked to your account at checkout. The points will be added directly to your online balance.

Do you have an online account but never ordered online before? Let us set up a one-time Loyalty account for you in-store. Please use the same phone number as your online account. Our systems will automatically link this information, merging your accounts instantly so you never miss a single point.

What is my point balance calculated on? You earn points based on the final order amount including VAT. Points are not calculated on shipping costs or any part of the payment made with a discount code or gift card.

How does redeeming work at checkout?

Make sure you are logged into your account. During checkout, the "Rewards" button will appear just above the discount code field. Click on it, choose the discount or gift you want to activate, and your benefit will be applied instantly! You can find the full list of available rewards and your current points balance here.

Example: you have saved 70 points and want to redeem 40 points for a [Free €2.50 sheet mask]? First, add the sheet mask of your choice to your shopping cart. During checkout, you can select this gift under the [Rewards] section, and the discount will be applied to your cart instantly!
