Shipping & Returns
We will always try to ship the package on the same day, this is only possible if you have placed (& paid) your order before 17:00. Please understand that during the weekends and holidays this will take some more time to process.

If you did not find your country of destination on the list please check the complete county list in your shopping cart, or feel free to contact us.
Non EU-countries: Please keep in mind that import tax and duties may be applied to your order in accordance with your country’s customs laws. Haru Haru Beauty is not responsible and have no control over these charges that may be applied upon delivery by your country's government. This may vary from country to country.
VAT EU countries: due to the status of our company, we charge Dutch (21%) VAT on all our products. You do not have to pay any additional tax in your own country.
Once your package has left Haru Haru you will receive a conformation by e-mail with your Trace & Trace code.
*Please keep in mind that during the holiday seasons the packages will be longer on the road than usual. If you have questions about the transmitted package please refer to PostNL. They can provide you with more information using the Track & Trace code.
PakjeGemak (delivery to a PostNL location)
If you have chosen to deliver to a PostNL location (within the Netherlands) then you can follow the status via the Track & Trace code. The package will then remain for less than 10 days at your selected PostNL location. It is then your own responsibility to collect it within the period, otherwise the package will unfortunately be returned automatically.
Picking up at the store
It is possible to pick up your order for free in one of our stores. In addition to the confirmation email, you will receive an email from us when the order is ready for collection at the location selected by you.
If the order has been paid online, the package will remain at the location until you pick it up, unless otherwise agreed.
If you have chosen to pay and collect at the store, the package will remain at the location for 1 week before being canceled.
It's possible that you have ordered the wrong item, or that you wish to exchange it for another "variant". No worries, with Haru Haru you can always exchange / return the products within 14 working days, only if unopened! (Skin care and cosmetics products, are just like foods, are perishable and can not be revoked after use / opening.)
If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us ASAP. Please include your order ID, product name and pictures of the damaged good(s). Haru Haru will settle the costs for returnshipping with you.
Please register the exchange/return via your account or send us an email of your return / exchange request to webshop[at]haruharubeauty.com before sending. Include in the email your name, order ID, product name, the reason (not mandatory) of return / exchange. After confirmation you will receive a return notification from us by email. The costs for return shippings are at your own expense. You can return the package to Haru Haru Beauty, Oude Binnenweg 105B, 3012 JB, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, or bring it to any of our stores in The Netherlands. -- We must receive the return request by e-mail within 14 days.
You can also easily register your package for return via the track and trace portal here: Track my package. Enter your original track & trace barcode of the order and zip code here and then click the "Download return label" button at the bottom right of the screen.
We will refund the purchased amount (excl. shipping costs) within 7 working days, this will be transferred to the bank account that is known to us.
ALWAYS keep the Track & Trace receipts until the return procedure is finished!
For a quick processing of the return shipments, PLEASE add the correct packing slip in the return package.
In addition to our regular shipping packages, you might occasionally notice some used shipping boxes and filling materials. This way we want to pack the products as well as possible for transport, but also pay attention to the pollution that it leaves behind on our planet.
We receive these used packaging and filling materials from our shipments from S-Korea. So they have traveled half a world to protect the products. -- We would love to give them a second home in the Netherlands in this way. And who knows, maybe they'll be back in S-Korea again someday...
