Shipping & Returns
We will always try to ship the package on the same day, this can be only done if you have placed (& paid) your order before 17:00. Please understand that during the weekends this will take some more time to process.

You will receive a conformation email with your Trace & Trace code once your package has left Haru Haru.
*Please keep in mind that during the holiday seasons the packages will be longer on the road than usual. If you have questions about the transmitted package please refer to PostNL. They can provide you with more information using the Track & Trace code.
It's possible that you have ordered the wrong item, or that you wish to exchange it for another "flavour". No worries, with Haru Haru you can always exchange / return the products within 14 working days, only if unopened! (Skin care and cosmetics products, are just like foods, are perishable and can not be revoked after use / opening.)
If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us asap. Please include the order id, product name and pictures of the damaged good. Haru Haru will settle the costs for returnshipping with you.
Please send us an email of your return / exchange request to webshop[at]haruharubeauty.com before sending. Include in the email your name, order ID, product name, the reason (not mandatory) of return / exchange. After receiving our confirmation you can send (own cost) your package back to Haru Haru Beauty, Oude Binnenweg 105B, 3012 JB, Rotterdam. We must receive the return order within 14 working days.
We will refund the purchased amount within 7 working days, this will be on the bank account that is known to us.
ALWAYS keep the Track&Trace receipts until the return procedure is finished!
PLEASE add your packing slip in the return package.
