Eyes are the windows to the soul

The skin around our eyes is the thinnest layer, making it many times more sensitive and partly because of this it is also the place where we will get our first fine lines. An eye cream contains ingredients to target the problems around the eyes such as fine lines, blood circulation and brightening. These must also pass special irritation tests so that it is suitable for use around the eyes. In addition, it is formulated in such a way that it is easier to apply so that you do not tend to use force on these sensitive areas. Rubbing is one of the main culprits in creating lines and dark circles.

Why should I use it?

Eye creams are formulated thinner than conventional face creams and are therefore much easier to spread. It is made for the thin and tender skin around your eyes, it helps reduce dark circles and wrinkles.

Most care products, however gentle they may be, have often not been tested on the skin around the eyes. - Therefore, manufacturers cannot guarantee its effects on the sensitive and thin skin around the eyes. - However, eye care products such as eye serum, eye cream, etc. have been tested in these areas and are therefore safer to use.

The thin textures of these products make it easy to spread without exerting pressure on the skin. In addition, these light textures are less likely to clog pores, which can result in or worsen the small white cystic bumps under the eyes (called 'Milia').

Eye care products often contain a high dose of moisturizing, nourishing and anti-aging ingredients such as: Adenosine, Ceramide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

5. Eye care

[To be used in the morning and evening on areas around the eyes after toner, instead of moisturizer]

Dab it gently around your eyes, because eye creams have excellent anti-aging properties, you can also use it on areas where wrinkles are common such as forehead, around your mouth and neck.

Eye serum vs. cream
Eye serums are thinner in texture and aimed to boost and nourish the skin around the eyes.
Eye creams form a moisturizing and protective barrier on the skin around the eyes.

If your skin around the eyes is sensitive to textures, then using just an eye serum is sufficient. You can choose to use one of the two products, but they can also be used together.
