      Collagen is what keeps our skin firm, resilient and young. With the reduction and loss of collagen, our skin becomes more rough and dry, causing lines and wrinkles and the skin barrier becomes more weak and even damaged.

      Collagen is produced by our body and we can very well get collagen from food such as fish (2000 dalton collagen). However, as we get older, our body will have more difficulty converting / processing and producing collagen.

      On average, we will lose about 1% of collagen annually starting from the age of 20.

      By applying collagen directly to the skin's surface we can tackle such problems, but it is quite a difficulty for our skin to absorb topical applied collagen due to its absorption rate.
