Cupping Kit - 4 cups

The kit consists of two cups for the face and two for the body and is easy to integrate into your daily routine, both in and out of the shower.

WHY WE ♥
▸ Ensures better blood flow and promotes lymph drainage (the removal of toxins).
▸ Improves skin texture and clarity of your complexion.
▸ Stimulates the production of collagen and activates skin cell renewal.
▸ Firms facial muscles and improves skin elasticity, giving your face a natural facelift.

Benefits for the body:
▸ Treats and prevents cellulite (the accumulation of fat under the skin) and breaks it down.
▸ Stimulates breaking down and loosening of stuck toxins and drains stagnant body fluids.

Benefits for the face:
▸ Firms facial muscles and improves skin elasticity, giving your face a natural facelift.
▸ Reduces dark circles, bags and puffy cheeks.

MATERIALS WE ♥
▸ 100% medical and food grade silicone is durable and antimicrobial.
▸ Free from BPA, latex and phthalates.

HOW TO USE
1. Always clean your face and body first.
2. To allow the cups to glide smoothly over the skin, always apply a serum, oil or moisturizer before use. Never use the cupping technique on dry skin.
3. Squeeze and place the cup on the desired spot and move it slowly on the skin. (According to instruction card)
4. For best results, cup every other day, morning or evening, for 2-5 minutes.

TIPS!
▸ Cup in the shower (time management ;)). Alternate between the large and small body and face cup sizes to match them - in size - with the area to be treated and to vary between suction intensity (the small cup has a more intense suction power).
▸ Are you a Cupping Newbie? Start carefully and gradually increase the intensity to avoid bruising.
▸ Temporary redness and bruising may occur due to increased circulation and strained connective tissue. Keep the cups moving and don't leave them on the skin for too long. It is important to always carefully remove the cups from the skin.
▸ Results may be visible in the short term, but incorporate continuous use to maintain results. Cupping is most effective when combined with a healthy lifestyle.
▸ Drink enough water during the day to help drain fluids and toxins.
