Visiting Jumiso HQ and talk with the CEO
Jumiso, our first skincare company visit, left a lasting impression on us. We had the pleasure of meeting CEO Siheon Keum, who warmly welcomed us to his office in Gangnam. Although most of the personnel were off for the day, Siheon's openness and friendliness made up for it. Initially, we expected a formal setting that might be challenging for us to adapt to, but the meeting went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised by Siheon's hospitality as he took us on a tour of the building, including the highest floor with a picturesque view of Seoul. Returning to the office, we entered a meeting room where we had the opportunity to ask Siheon questions about his brand, Jumiso, and the skincare industry in general. It was fascinating to see that our prior research aligned closely with the information he shared.
Assortment
Jumiso offers a range of incredible products that are highly beneficial for daily skincare routines. Rather than chasing temporary trends, they focus on perfecting their main products and ingredients. This approach inspired us because many businesses tend to blindly follow trends without considering the fundamentals. It is this commitment to core skincare essentials that sets Jumiso apart. The brand name itself signifies their purpose—"ju" for giving and "miso" for smile, reflecting their mission to bring smiles to their customers. The entire experience was truly remarkable. Siheon was incredibly kind and ensured that we understood everything discussed. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, allowing us to feel more confident and at ease. Jumiso's ultimate goal is to bring happiness to every customer and leave behind a smile through their products. Our visit to the Jumiso office certainly left us with a "miso," or smile!
