Update: April 2021

Shopping without an appointment: since April 28 it is possible to visit our physical stores without an appointment. In our stores, a maximum of 2 customers is allowed at a time. Making an appointment is therefore no longer required, but still possible. This gives us the opportunity to spread the crowds and thus serve everyone better.

Private shopping: A maximum of 1 extra person is allowed during the appointment. During the appointment. You can cancel the appointment 1 hour before the appointment.

Pick up orders: for picking up (already ordered) online orders you can select a date and time here, give us your online order number in the comment section for a quick processing. :) Orders placed after 17:00 can in most cases only be collected the next day after 16:00.
