How do I check my balance? Simply log into your account. Your "My Rewards" dashboard displays your live point balance and all rewards ready for use.

Can I use points and a discount code together? Points are redeemed as a unique voucher code. These codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

How do I redeem my points for a discount online? Once you’re logged in, proceed to the checkout page. You’ll find the Rewards section right above the discount code field. Simply click the Rewards button, select your preferred discount from the list, and it will be applied to your cart instantly. Voila!

How do I redeem my points for a product online?

1. Visit your My Rewards page to see which products are currently available as gifts.

2. Add that specific product to your shopping cart.

3. At checkout, ensure you are logged in and click the Rewards button.

4. Select the matching reward to "pay" for the product with your points.
